You can exchange them at the end of the event for a modest amount of QP. That's it.

You should probably just use them to increase farming speed. If you're using a MLB spawn rate CE while farming, the fights are really long, so it's really nice to be able to speed them up a bit. Plus, they drop pretty often while farming anyway, so it'll be kind of hard to run out of them.
