Don't think so as long as you completed the story then it's fine since you'll be considered as finished for the first part. They're just for aesthetics cutscenes and Mana prisms, so...feel free to do it how many times you want that's the purpose of the event.
Second part is just for added shop items and currencies, I think, but not sure since I just heard it from a friend.
