So i know it's like 2% drop rate; but I've already used 10 apples; been farming the pyramid demon lord dungeon so what other node drops it?
The Lava node also drops it. I think I heard that the forest drops it too, but you should double check. Just go to the walkthrough or free quest guide or something on this website, and click on each node, and you can see what drops are possible.

Statistically for the CE 2% drop chance, yet we do know about luck intervention and farm itself is like a gacha.
Sometimes we grind for more than a hundreds of times and the CEs dropped and sometimes we try for just a single run and the CEs dropped.
You can try forest and lava node, switching between the node and at least can reduce the farm burnout.
