In my experience, I just re-entered the transfer id again. If it didn't work, re-downloading the game should probably solve it

Error : Quest Is Locked (Help)
Everytime i enter FGO i get this error and when i click the close button it brings me to the title screen and then i tap Touch Screen and then the same things happens, is there any way to resolve this error ?

Just wanted to add that whenever you are about to do something that would remove the data from your phone that you actually check to see if you have a currently valid transfer # and password. And remember that once you use that, even on the same phone, you must reissue a new one.
