Depends if you could farm the expert ember farming and or have a lot of apples and such. I usually just wait farm embers during the day of their class and slowly level them up, but if you desperately need them like me since I didn't have knights classes I just desperately leveled them up right then and now.
Tl;Dr if you think you need one of them. Increase their levels. If not just slowly level them and wait for yhw super success and great success rate where you increase them.
You could also buy embers (exp cards) in the shop.
