Emiya's skill rank up quests

So, I saw that there are some rank up quests for Emiyas skills in the jp version. I read that you need to max ascend him in order for them to become available. I did but his rank up quests havent showed up. Do I need to max level him as well? Or the quests arent yet in NA?

Emiya's strengthening quest to upgrade his skill is not yet available in NA.
So far only 7 strengthening quests are available. If the release schedule stays the same as it was in Japan, his quest will be released in the fourth batch sometime around the end of July.
ed.: Sorry, didn't check if he has two. First one should come in July, second one probably in September.
