Many servant rate-ups come with rate-ups for certain CEs. For example, CEs like origin bullet and battle of camlan were on rate-up with Ozymandias, Nitocris and Lancelot these last few days. No idea whether kaleidoscope ever gets this treatment, but I know that one scathach banner last year had 2030.
