Difference between Utility and Support

I'm trying to make sense of some of the servant ratings, some are pretty self-explanatory like Damage or Durability. But some, like support and utility are unclear. So what makes a servant have a lot of utility but not support?

In terms of game play, it can be separated on the use of the servants. Supports tend to have their skills/NP affect your team (via heals, damage reduction, NP gain), where as Utility skills tend to affect the the Enemies (via stun, charm, etc). I could be wrong.

I like to think that Support is a role that directly benefits your team, such as def buffs, atk buffs, heals, etc. Utility is the versatility of the servant when faced with different situations, and how well they handle they cover certain niches or regular enemies overall.

Both of these comments are correct. Utility is generally defined as specific niches a debuff/skill effect can exploit, such as Vampirism, buff prevention, buff removal, invulnerability pierce.

Meanwhile support is the team-wide buffs and effects a Servant has access to. How well can that servant play second fiddle?
