For easy mode everything, GGWP + no Brainer team : Ishtar ( HNS/Black Grail/Joint Recital ) + friends Merlin + Hans. The battle is long but it is an auto win team so torture the enemies as you wish.
Challenging the Challenge itself : 1-3 stars, my team comps is Darius + Hans + Georgios + Kiyohime + friend Georgios + Eric Blood Axe.
Quick team : if you love this, feel free to use this set up. Assassin Scathach + Helena + friends Helena/Lancer Scathach + Kintoki Rider + Alexander + OG Chu. You can change it as you like.
Is there any Quick unit that can heal party members T_T
Emiya and Chloe with a team build around them is also more than enough to slaughter the challenge quest.
Sustainable DPS is also fine but i don't recommend pure DPS if you can't cover or protect them.
