He's one of the rotations on Chaldea boys. His rate-up is shared with Proto Arthur. He gets no solo rate-ups so far in JP.

Cu Alter Rate Up
So anybody has any specific idea when cu alter will be featured either in a solo or rotating banner in 2019? Cinorpedia isnt fully accurate with details such as rotating banners etc so i was wondering if we'll get to see him again this year or not.
