Yes it is. People who completed the event last year get another lore instead of getting a grail.

Crystalized lores
I heard that there are 3 lores for this event. I'm just wondering the 3rd lores is exclusive for those who already completed the event last year?

1 from completing once the Encore Live (the Free Quest 50 AP, is not out yet)
1 as reward for the last surprise quest, "Visitors Through the Night"
Also, if you completed the event before, you will get a crystalized lore instead of a Grail...so, 4 for veterans, 3 for us.
