I'm looking for a servant good a generating crit stars, i have summer Scathácht at lvl 70(and max ascension) with np5 and i have the 3 different Hassan too (The Cursed arm and the Hundred personas at np5 too). Which of them is the best crit star generator?
If you just need stars, Hassan of the Cursed Arm is definitely the best out of that group. He has A+ presence concealment to boost his star gen, a triple Quick deck with a Quick NP, three hits in his Quick cards, and two skills that tie back to star gen (his first skill provides stars and his third increases his star gen rate).
Well if you just looking star generator, Hassan cursed arm will do the job because his 1 and 3 skill and his natural class skill, plus he pretty tanky due his second skill, so just give him 2030 and I guarantee, you are not going to have a problem with star....if you still have a doubt go check his page in this web
Thanks, I checked and thankfully I have all ascension mats needed to build him. I don't have A Fragment of 2030, is there any other viable CE for him?

Well if you are looking for CE with same effect like 2030 there's a lot, for example his rightfull place (CE from fate/zero events) and hot springs under the moon (from rashomon event) can do the job, if you don't have those two well you can use "be elegant" CE to increase Hassan star drop. Also in this current events there's a CE called "glory is with me" and the effect is like 2030 but much better
I do have both Be elegant and Glory is with me, should I use "Glory is with me"?
Cursed Arm is also useful for his evasion skill, but frankly his damage output is so low that I'd prefer Scathach 99% of the time, even if she generates fewer stars.

A really good star generator is Fuuma Kotaro, his quick cards and chains make him a less expensive and rare Jack. Coupled with his nice targetable evade, Fuuma is a good choice for you.
Even though he's a 3 star, I never got one of him, and I already have a np5 hassan and summer shishou.
