Finish the first part of event until you beat First Lady, then you will get Chloe and mission to get her Asc mat.
For her copies, maybe wait for second part

Chloe copies/ascension mats
So i've been skimming through the site trying to find out how to get Chloe copies and her ascension mats, but can't find any. How do I get them? Wait for next event?

Ascension mats are unlocked via mission completion, you'll see them in the mission list once you obtain Chloe.
Can't NP5 her until after 8/28 though.
