Try going to settings to downloading the remaining assets of the game so that everything is loaded for smoother gameplay.

Character voice shuttering
I have changed my phone and on my new phone I have this problem. There is no problem with backgound music but character voices shutter not only in battles but also in shop (Da-vinci chan!), My room or anywhere when a servant speaks.
Anyone else has same problem? How to solve it?

I had audio stutter issues when I changed my phone as well. Uninstalling/reinstalling didn't help, neither did downloading game assets. However, they somehow got fixed as the post-onigashima update rolled out. Just wait for updates and pray.
