Pretty sure the Crit stars go towards the whole team so anyone can get them.

CE Gain C.stars for Self
Do CEs that say "gain x C.stars for yourself" mean that the critical stars only go to the character with the CE equipped, or will it distribute between the other servants normally.

If the CE says "Gain x Crit Stars for yourself" then it means only the servant equipping the CE will gain the Crit Stars.

You gain Critical Stars for the whole team and then, the servants with the best C. Star gathering will get most of them.
