I've been reading up on how to do the whole CE Bomb thing, as I've recently maxed out my CE storage.
I'm somehow failing on LITERALLY the first step, as when I go to add the 4 copies to MLB the CE, it still won't allow me to add a full 16 other CEs, as they would push the original CE past level 10 (which the game assumes is it's max, despite the 4 duplicates to raise the max level to 50).
Am I doing something drastically wrong?

CE bombs are a bit convoluted, because these rules restrict of selection:
1) You can select any CE, up to the CE's current level cap
2) Once you hit the current level cap, you can only select duplicates
3) Any XP over the current level cap i retained IF you limit broken your CE to higher level cap.
As result, you want to select any extra CEs first, then your "CE bomb", then your duplicate CEs.
Heh... Of course the ORDER of the CEs is important.
