I primarily have Okita on my team for the critical stars. I’m quite sure that Assassin Shiki can use c stars just as well as Carmilla can. I just want to know who would be better on a team/who would be worth leveling up their skills.
Shiki is one of the best 4 stars of the game, also being NP5 just outshines the whole 4 star assassin line up, Carmilla is good but Shiki is in another level, due good skills, NP spam, and Arts team compatibility, Shiki is so powerful that she is on par with 5 star assassins, she will always be useful.
While both very good its hard to compare them head to head, Shiki is an Arts assassin with incredible NP gain and a 4 hit quick card for some pretty juicy stargen on top of being a free NP5 it hits like a truck. Carmilla is an assassin with the standard 3Q cards and a buster NP her skills are arguably better than Shiki's being a charge drain a def down. Carmilla is a bit more selfish than Shiki and a bit less plug and play but if you give her some solid star gen and she fires off her NP Carmilla gets a pretty massive attack buff that can quickly mop up anything left of an encounter. Both are top tier 4 stars Carmilla lacking her 3rd skill probably sets her a bit behind for now but typically Shiki is a bit more universal where Carmilla fits best in a team built around her. You really couldn't go wrong with either.
