As a casual f2p player who started less than 4 wks ago and whose only max lv is chloe and average lv for rest is 30, should i devote ap to nero or to farming quartz in the story or to exp cards.
btw master lv 72 ap 97 with 10 bronze apples 2 silver and 24 gold with 22 saint quartz
I would play the Nero event. You get a lot of apples, exp cards and materials for skill/ ascension upgrades. Once you upgrade your servants, it would also make it easier to play the story.

Roll FP Gacha for the 3* CE, do the 10 AP many time to get a lot of Bronze Medals, use it to buy Joint Recital and farm Petals for the lottery (is also part of the shop).
Apples and items in a easy way.
Pick friends with servants who can solo the event. It has a ton of 4* exp cards at 25 per box. That is plenty to max level at least one servant.
You don't need SQ to play this event. You can always farm for it during breaks. You will likely level past 110 during this event. :)
Picking the right friends is a huge part of this game. I added three friends with MLB CEs since yesterday.
