No way, camelot should definitely be released before the summer event unless something really drastic/weird happens, especially with how NA wants to keep rushing things forward. (It would be REALLY odd to release an event with new ascension materials before they are even released properly in camelot, don't you think?)

I would say they release a new chapter each 3 months (Okeanos in September, London in December and America in March). So maybe between Mid-June/early July.
