Buying quartz outside the US
I started playing around august as a F2P and since then i managed to pull 4 5*( jeanne, jalter, merlin and 10 min ago with 5 tickets i got musashi), my question is: can i get a ban for buying quartz outside of the US using a credit card for the GSSR or is it safe?
