How about Cleopatra? She has BBAQQ deck, 4 hit quick and a buster NP. She has good skills paired with her damaging AoE NP and, like most of assassins, has above average star gen.

Buster Assassin (other than King Hassan)?
My primary playstyle is Crit-Buster, and I'm looking for a good star generator that can also deal some dmg. I want a servant (presumably an assassin since they're the best active star generators) with 2-3 buster cards that produces lots of stars. Ik King Hassan is essentially a Berserker assassin, but I'm worried about his star generation. Is there any other assassin, or servant in general, like him but with better star gen (they can be current or future servants)? (And yes, I know casters with 2030 can be better than assassin for star gen, but I just really want an active star generator)

What about Carmilla?. She has 3 Quick card good np gain and her np gives her hp and +attack.

If you want a pure star generator, you really don't want them to have a lot of buster cards because quick is way more important so you'd want BAQQQ. If you want a mix stargen/dps then you want BBAQQ. The only other important stat to look at here is hitcount on the quick cards. For pure stargen, all the usual suspects are good (Jack and CA Hassan for example). For mix I want to recommend Okita and suggest looking outside of the assasin class for anyone with BBAQQ and high hitcounts on their quick cards.

KH can reach 30+ stars even with 1 Q card, I forgot which combination for it though, either QBA or ABQ.
