I personally don't like Awakened Will at all. I think it asks you to give a lot for potentially very little, or nothing and in a fight where hp and survival is paramount, I wouldn't be using any ces that have detriments. If you're between those 2, definitely go for the healing with tam, I think it'll serve you better.
Between those 2 servants, I like archuria simply because she can spam np and there's a few bosses in this that need to die asap or you run the risk of things getting sketchy. Being able to basically fire her np off the next turn or the one after will be super helpful in this event I feel, and she has nice damage. Nero bride's targetable skills are hugely useful in most challenge fights where she functions as a support, but I'm not sure if I'd assign her the main damage dealer in this instance.
