Bond CEs

Do you mean like what the Bond CE does? Or if it should be used?

But either way, I'd guess probably not, most servants don't want to use Bond CEs, with a few exceptions like Herc

Herc's bond CE is the only truly broken one. Other ones of note that will see use are bond CEs of supporters like waver, tamamo, and eventually Merlin. In general dps don't use their bond ces as other than herc's, most bind CEs provide team support value where you'd rather maximize individual dps.

They do mention it if the bond CE in question has any value to the servant on the CEs to use part of the servant's page I think but don't expect people to get to bond 10/10 any time soon
