hey guys so every time i open up the game, it shows the white background with the fgo logo in the middle but after that it just turns black. it responds to touch, theres still that touch animation but it's just black screen, no connecting nor loading

Try waiting for about 5 minutes or so. (Had some issues with my phone last time and this worked)
If that didn't work, clear cache and/or restart device.
If it still doesn't work, then try to reinstall the game if you have set up a code.
If neither of these solutions can help, then IDK what can.
I waited for about 30min, nothing. Reinstalled it and it still has the same issue... hnnnngg
Then get a new device. Probably no other solution here. Use an emulator on your computer if you don't have the money to buy one.
Update your Google play/Google play services, my phone had to update 'google play libraries' or something like that, I was having the exact same problem and nothing worked besides this. (Unintsall to reinstalled, restarted phone, cleared cache, waited 30 minutes, none of that worked.)

Although possibly you already have another account or already solved it, here it goes.
The same thing happened to me, and it was solved by forgetting the memory cards that were left as ghosts of the previous one.
I do not know if it is the term, but in theory it is that.
