Which would be better on her as an offensive servant, Golden Sumo or Holy night supper?
both are very good.

but among those 2 i would go for Holy night supper cuz it boosts crit, which as i quick based servant she would get a lot of, unless youre running crit stars for someone else then i would go for golden sumo.
Her star generation relies more on her getting a brave chain, though.
I'd recommend HNS if Scathach is to be treated as the main damage dealer (as in, you'd give priority to her getting her brace chains off over having everyone attack in combination, like for situations where there are multiple class types among the enemy or lots of fodder you'd want to take out quickly one after another), which is best when you're just trying to take down a single target with lots of HP, or there are other Servants on the team who can generate the stars for her when she can't get her brave chains off.
HNS if crit team and she's the main damage dealer, GS everything else team (need luck to obtain a QBB chain sometime so more attack should be better in most case)
