You use a RP to unlock it, but then you have to still spend the 1000 MPs for each Mona Lisa. You don't actually get even a single CE using the RP, AFAIK. But I've not done it myself.

Best use of mana prisms now
Since the mona lisa ce is a rare mana prism exchange if you need it, is the only use of mana prisms just for tickets and fou's? Or is there other ce's we should keep an eye out for?
