By overall do you mean by themselves or with teammates,if it's the latter than Musashi probably takes it since she has a buster servant with a single target np along with having ok crit skills, basically she fits into every aspect with merlin. If its the former she isn't nearly as high since she can't build np or get stars effectively. Okita is probably better alone since she can build np better along with making her own crits.

That’s kinda hard if I were to say it would always depend on the team and the kind of mission. If it’s an arts team it would be Nero Bride and if it’s a buster centric team it would be Musashi. While for AOE it’s Altera, never underestimate AOE NPs. Mobs are just going to get stronger as time goes by as seen in Camelot.
