Prisma Cosmos is vital for NP spamming if you are running arts team. 2030 is mostly utilized for crit teams like buster. Tried both, it seems that 2030 has better performance for me.

Best Merlin CE for Challenge Quests?
So I know that a lot of the Merlins I see are using Chaldea Lunchtime, or Golden Carp, either for bond for turn 1 memes. However, with break bars coming to NA and an increase in challenge quests that will likely last more than a few turns, what kind of CE matches Best? Prisma Cosmos lets him spam his NP even faster than before, but 2030 allows him to pile on 13 crit stars with just one NP. Any other ideas?
