Best to grind for Summertime Mistress?

Based on the rng of the droprate, just keep doing storm runs but it's such a low rng. Some people just seem to get super lucky with it :( I have yet to get one after 20-30 storm runs

Just run the best farming spot for u, i mean the Beach with Nyanta is really easy to me i just run that quest and the CE shows up.

I already cleared out shop but still no CE
