That wasn't a Free Quest Location like the mountain, it was a single quest you got access to for beating Mount Ebih, but once you clear that quest, its just gone like your usual story quests. For the moment, Mount Ebih remains the best Gallstone farming location, though like all farming points, its drop rates are quite poor. The next event, the Valentine's Rerun, has Gallstones in its event shop, so if you don't feel like slowly dying inside on that mountain, then just farm anything else you need and wait for the event to drop to actually farm enough for them.
