Aaah! That's the Main Quest List.
You're absolutely right, it was missing chapter 10. I've put it back in. Thanks for the help!
I do check the questions on the side for these sort of problems, but if you use Discord, the channel #fgo_sitefixes on the GamePress Discord will get our attention a ton faster.
