I think it's like 90% sure to be Christmas 2 and yes Jalter Loli is the featured welfare this time. This is likely due to the fact that a certain character from Christmas 2 is meant to recognize you in Babylon from said Christmas event and it will flow more properly. Not to mention Christmas 2 will give people another chance to max and strengthen their servants before the new singularity.
