Not sure where you're getting 'performance', to me it looks like both CEs fall under the category of "arts card effectiveness".
Either way, Sapphire is slightly batter for Archuria.

Arts Card Effectiveness Vs. Preformance
So I have an Archuria and I’m confused whether or not I should use Projection or Kaleid Sapphire. Sapphire has the Np damage in addition to arts boost and mine is MLB but I’m wondering if there is a difference between Arts Card Effectiveness (Projection) which increases np gain, damage, etc; or Arts Card Performance (Sapphrie) which I don’t know if it fits the same criteria as above. Can anyone offer any clarification? Thank you in advance.

Non MLB projection is equal to MLB sapphire 15% art up. No matter effectiveness or performance, same
