Are the summer banners worth pulling?

Banner 1:
Tamamo lancer:
- Solid 5* buster ST lancer, not as good as Scathach or Brynhildr though, due to some drawbacks to her skills that make her trickier to use. Still worth the roll though since good lancers are so rare.

Kiyohime lancer:
- Good 4* buster ST lancer, madness enhancement EX as a lancer, 'nuff said.

Mordred rider:
- Decent arts AOE rider, fairly selfish skills, makes for a good farmer.

Banner 2:
- Archer Altria: Best arts ST archer in the game, highly spamable NP that does higher damage than most ST arts NPs. Bear in mind though that Chloe von Einzbern is a free welfare servant that is essentially the 4* equivalent of her.

- Martha ruler: Good 4* buster ST ruler. Good by virtue of her class resisting most things in the game at this point, and has a bunch of attack buffs.

Archer Anne & Mary and Caster Marie aren't as good as the above servants imo, but still decent.
