Can someone tell me, if its worth grail Arash or lvl up all of his skills?
Honestly, you really don't have to bother leveling Arash's skills besides the third one. Def up means nothing when Arash unleashes his np, neither does crit stars. Yeah, sure, it might help a bit, but it doesn't constitute using mats and qp for it. As for grails, I'd say giving him one to get to lvl 70 should be more than enough.
Level 3rd skill to 6 if you want to use MLB imaginary element. I have arash at lvl60 with max fou. His damage is fine for cleaning the first wave of most quests. Occasionally I need to put cards of other servants after his np to finish off the standing enemies. But otherwise, I feel he is fine at lvl60.
