I cant remember if the party and surprise quests appeared for 1 week or 2 weeks. But if it was 2 weeks, they probably give more quests everyday so that at the end of the day we still get the same amount of quests.

Appearance of surprise and party quests only until 10-11?
From what i've been seeing online, multiple party and surprise quests should appear daily until the end of the event, around 14 days, ending on oct. 17.
However if you read the event summary in the news in the game itself, it says
"...party quests that will show up on 12.00pdt and 20.00 pdt of each day until 10-11 pdt, many surprise quests will be available...''
-only 7 days of party and surprise quests.
Am i being dumb and misreading one or another thing here or is the summary wrong? Because it'll be kind of a bummer if they cut off the extra quests.
edit; also, when does the encore live(50ap free quest) node open?
