Anyone out there with summer servants' hidden lines?

I was blessed enough to snag myself Kiyo from her rate-up banner today (...including fox lady which I'd love to give away if that option existed), and so far I've unlocked ALL of her lines (...also thanks to tamamo) with the exception of her bond, B-Day, and final ascension messages.

There are; however, three "???" boxes right under her "Summon" voice prompt and I'm curious to know what those might be exactly. Those boxes appear for Tamamo too which led me to believe that they're summer servant exclusive (probably meaning that they're be limited to the campaign). I've completed Pt. 1 of the campaign well before rolling the banner and the lines i received from completing their structures don't seem to register in their profiles so that definitely can't be it (unless I'm proved otherwise).

Just a hitch, but do I have to rebuild their structures just to unlock their last remaining lines or do these unlock during Pt. 2? I'd rather not snoop around the internet and spoil the fun so I'm asking here. Thanks in advance and if you're still rolling for waifus, godspeed.
