You are much more likely to find Mona Lisa's on riders since the doors are caster class. I assume that you want waver for the np battery for 3 turn farming. It can be done without him. Though if you find an ozy, you get most of the battery effect.
My setup is Arash with kaleidoscope to clear the first wave, Nitocris with Mona Lisa and skill 2 at lvl 8 and she usually clears the 2nd wave, Medusa with imaginary element, who I get to full with her 3rd skill and either with an arts chain off Nitocris or mash's 2nd skill, who backfills Arash. I have cuckoo nest CE's in the remaining slots, since an extra 2019 qp here and there eventually adds up.
If you don't have someone like Nitocris, Drake is a common Mona Lisa support, and between her stars on demand and np charge skills, you can get her full for the 3rd wave pretty easily if you can manage an arts chain.
