Leonidas has an excellent bond CE, complimenting his existing buster support role by providing the team with a consistent 15% buster up. This is great for him because when his 3rd skill is activated, it's a team wide 40% buster up for 3 turns which is amazing.

St. George and Arash, really. Their Bond CEs greatly improve what they do. Everyone else is pretty generic.
