Any idea on when NA Emiya will get hawkeye?

In JP he got his strengthening on the 1st year anniversary...safe to say in NA he will get it around then too

Since everything in NA version is more on less on the same date as in JP but 2 years later, Emiya's 2nd strengthening quest should be around October 2018
