Based off the JP schedule, the next rate up will be the banner after Cleopatra/Vlad Extra. I would not recommend you roll on this banner if you want specifically Another Ending, but if you're okay with others this banner is absolutely gold in terms of CE. Notably, Victor of the Moon and 2030 are on the banner as well, and Ideal Holly King + Knights Dignity are good also.
