Anniversary Blonde is generally regarded as about as valuable as the Chaldea Combat Uniform. It's a very strong mystic code that should be prioritized.

Anniversary Blonde Acquisition or Royal Brand Acquisition?
Since both of these Mystic Codes are now available in the Rare Prism Shop, if I manage to get enough RPs down the road, which of these two should I spend them on first?
I have some high damaging Buster servants that would work well with the Anniversary Blonde MC, it also comes with a guts so there's that; but I also have Jack who is well suited for the Royal Brand MC, and plus the C.Star gather rate increase is something I'd want to take advantage of.

Go with whichever code benefits the most NP type servants you have. So since we are in the buster meta with Merlin, if you have a lot of (or really just one or two) really good buster NP servants, then blonde is the way to go as it also supports a buster crit comp well with the second skill.
Royal brand is nice for quick teams but it's not as good of a code all-together compared to blonde especially since leveling it only improves the, albeit beefy, quick buff in terms of power and the other 2 skills are just for cooldown.
