Altria Pendragon (Alter) Rate Up
Would this be the best time to try getting her, or should I wait for the Shinjuku 2 pickup where she is with Emiya Alter?
Looks like her drop rate is increased by .7% here not sure what the increase would be later with shinjuku.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

IIRC, a single 4* on rate up has a probability of 1.5%, based on a recent banner I looked at, so if possible you should wait for one like that. As it is, there's a 2.3% chance for a 4* other than the one you want.
