Just roll the one you want. It really doesn't matter much. If you want my honest opinion for best gameplay value, having an SSR of each class would be very helpful, and while Medb is not particularly great, everything else in the rider banner is pretty top-tier. Ozy is one of the best servants in the game as he is good with both support and DPS and fills a niche that is extremely rare (buff success rate up), Quetz is the hardest-hitting rider in the game so far, and Drake is one of the best farmers. You have a 3/4 chance of getting something good, personally I would take those odds.
That said, if nothing in that banner really interests you, there is no reason to roll on it. You said you wanted to roll berserker, but since you already have 2 SSRs in that class don't really need another one. That said, Cu Alter is almost unequivocally the best berserker, and Vlad fills his own niche, so it wouldn't necessarily be a waste either.
TL;DR Rider has the best chance to benefit you, but just roll the one you want.
