Advice on Trading JP to NA

Hello, so I wanna trade my alt JP account for a starter Musashi+Merlin+any ssr Account. Any advise if how many ssrs or srs should I have to be able to trade? I don't know the Exchange rate between JP to NA trades. Thanks for answering
