Account Recovery Experience
I've just sent my request to recover my account to fgo's support mail and I'm waiting for their response. Has anyone tried to recover their account? How long does it take? Share your experience pls.

It took them less than a day to help me recover my account, though that was more than a month ago in a far less busy period. And being humble and polite probably helped a lot.
