When is Medb's next rate up? I really want her but she is story locked and i don't want to risk the story gacha. Also i need to save quartz since i'm rolling for the CCC event and i won't have a lot after it.

Looks like her next rate up is valentines...HOWEVER, she shares it with mysterious Heroine X Alter meaning you only have a 0.35% chance of getting her instead of a 0.7% chance.
