For the time being most of the older servants don't have any planned returns. So far the pattern seems to be that each welfare gets it's own event and one rerun, giving people 2 opportunities. If you've missed both then based on what we know so far you no longer have the opportunity to get them.
We have to live without them (?). But with the recent announcement about 6th copies of welfare servants will give rare prism, I can assume they'll start with some reruns of reruns. That way ppl will still participate and newcomers will have their missing welfare servants.
