Last time I asked here for advice if I should pick the rider or saber pick up. But since I managed to get quetz without wasting much sq I discarted the rider option of course. So why am I making this post right? I saw a lot of people saying that the sabers in the pick up aren't that great and I'm thinking of picking the lancer pick up since I was counting og cu lv.100 a good unit. What do I do?
Cu lvl 100 is good enough, but if you'd like another unit there's no harm in getting one. I'd say all the lancers on the GSSR are better (or at least more interesting) than the sabers. The sabers themselves aren't horrible or anything, just really vanilla with nothing about them that makes them an especially good pick for anything other than farming.
Berserkers are always good to have so rolling for them well never hurt . The assassins are also good for rolling considering u only have a choice of two 5 stars jack and janne . Which are both good .
Hmm, I'm not sure why everyone is so against saber. Altera is a really good servant and the few times I've used Mordred I've been impressed. Arturia's the only one I'd say isn't that great, but that's me.
As for Lancer, Karna is supposed to be really good, and I didn't really care for Enkidu. He has three quick cards and his damage isn't great. Larturia is pretty good as well, her attacks are decent but her np damage is kinda eh.
Edit: In hindsight, people were probably comparing the saber and rider banners, in which case rider is a better banner. But since you have Quetz now that's a moot point.
Saber banner has "weaker" Servants if you're facing a single boss, but all of them are good wave clearers. Roll if that's what you need.
All three Lancers are an improvement over OG Cu damage-wise. But both Karna and Artoria are AoE, and we just got NP5 Jalter Lily for Christmas. Enkidu is a tanky ST Lancer who plays similarly to Cu, with improvements being star gen and NP damage. So while all three Lancers are good, they might not be your biggest needs unless your other classes are filled.
