It's just because the event isn't current, when the re-run rolls around the bonus will be listed again.

About event bonus CEs and reruns
I noticed that after an event the "bonus" part disappears from the CE description. Is this just because the event isn't current, or do they remove the bonus from the CE? In other words, when the event rolls around for a rerun, are those "old" CEs going to be good for a bonus, or do you need to grind them out again? I had expected the former, but given the excessive monetization of this game, I just realized I shouldn't presume, and since I only started around April, haven't seen an event a second time yet.

The trick is to recognize an event CE in the fp summon for an event that won't be rerun for over a year. I've gotten a lot of the self Geas Scrolls lately. Useless effects but will be glad I didn't burn it when fate zero event returns in 2020.
